Hi, I'm Sam, a senior electrical engineering undergraduate at Iowa State University. I have a background in signals intelligence and military ground communications systems, as well as industry experience in commercial avionics production and software defined radio. My focus at Iowa State is hardware design for high-speed communications systems. I also have personal project experience in power electronics, audio devices & controllers, signal measurement & test, and computer vision. My current areas of interest for growth include optical communications devices, haptic feedback for virtual environments, and computer aided target identification and tracking.

 

My next professional endeavor will be  working as an operational amplifier applications engineering intern for Texas Instruments in the summer of 2020.
